11bet VIP — Special Weekly Rewards Program for Regular Players
At 11bet, every bet moves you forward. Across four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — weekly cashback and a range of exclusive benefits await. The more you play, the better the rewards.
The Four Tiers of VIP and Cashback Rates
The 11bet VIP program is structured across four tiers. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate — the higher the tier, the greater the benefit. See the details of each tier below.
The first step of the VIP journey. Regular players start at this tier and receive cashback on their net weekly losses.
Starting TierThe next tier after Bronze. Members begin to enjoy additional benefits along with a higher cashback rate.
Mid TierAt the Gold tier, the weekly cashback rate increases significantly. This is a valuable stage for regular and active players.
Active PlayerThe highest tier. Platinum members enjoy the highest cashback rate and the best benefits.

How Weekly Cashback Works
The 11bet VIP cashback system is straightforward — each week, your total winnings are subtracted from your total losses, and what remains is your net loss. Your VIP tier's cashback rate is then applied to that net loss.
Cashback is not a bonus — it is added directly to your account because you play regularly and 11bet values that. The higher the tier, the more you get back each week.
৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback
This is the maximum weekly cashback for that tier.
Cashback is calculated once per week. If you have a net win in any given week, cashback does not apply for that week.
How to Move Up to a Higher Tier
11bet VIP tiers are upgraded automatically based on your activity — no separate application or registration is needed.
Regular Betting Activity
The more you play — casino slots, live tables or sports betting — the stronger your VIP standing becomes. Consistent activity is the key. You can start your VIP journey by playing live games at 11bet Casino.
Automatic Tier Evaluation
The 11bet system evaluates your activity at set intervals. If you have been sufficiently active, you are moved up to the next tier — Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, and Gold to Platinum.
Participation in Varied Games
Playing across different types of games, not just one category, helps with VIP progression. Stay active across everything — from cricket betting to slots games.
Maintain Consistency
Long breaks can affect your ability to hold a tier. Playing regularly and in a planned way — frequent smaller bets rather than large single bets — keeps your VIP standing stable.
Special Benefits for VIP Members
Weekly Cashback
Cashback at a set rate on each week's net loss is added directly to your account. The rate is higher at higher tiers.
Priority Processing
Transactions for VIP members are handled on a priority basis. Faster experience across all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
Exclusive Promotions
VIP members receive special offers beyond what regular members get — including birthday recognition, weekly reload rewards, and access to multiple promotions.
24/7 Support Service
For any issue, live chat and email support in Bengali and English is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Easy Mobile Access
Through the 11bet app, you can access the VIP dashboard, cashback status and games from anywhere. Available for both Android and iOS.
Early Access to New Games
Members at higher VIP tiers may get early access to new games and features before they become available to regular members.
What Do You Get at the Platinum Tier?
Platinum members enjoy the highest benefits in the 11bet VIP program. Up to 1.0% cashback on net weekly losses, priority support, and easy access to special promotions — all together, this is 11bet's most valuable membership.
Keep in mind, a higher tier does not mean betting more — playing regularly and responsibly gives the best experience in the long run. Read the responsible gaming guidelines to learn about healthy betting habits.

11bet VIP cashback is a reward — it should never be a reason to increase your betting. Weekly cashback is based on your net loss, so betting more just to lose more and receive more cashback is dangerous thinking.
Betting is for entertainment — not as a source of income. Always bet within your means. Set a fixed budget and do not go beyond it.
