1. Definitions and Interpretations

The meanings of the following terms used in this document are defined below. These definitions carry the same meaning throughout the terms and conditions.

• The mobile banking account receiving the withdrawal must be registered in the user's own name.
• Funds associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

11bet offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which apply individually.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed within a specific validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• A bonus is never considered direct cash — completing the wagering requirement before withdrawal is mandatory.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, a VPN, or false information will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being banned.
• 11bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules

All betting activities on the 11bet platform are governed by the rules below. These rules apply to sports betting, casino games, and live casino.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet becomes effective once the platform server confirms it. Any incomplete bet due to a network error will be automatically cancelled and the staked amount will be returned to the balance.

6.2 Result Determination

All results are determined in accordance with 11bet's established rules and the relevant international regulations of the sport or game. In the event of a dispute over any result, 11bet's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Multi Bets

Multi bets combining multiple selections are permitted. However, if all selections in a multi bet are not correct, the entire stake will be lost. Please verify the combined odds carefully before confirming the bet.

6.4 Suspicious Bets

If a bet appears to be manipulated or unusual, 11bet may place it on hold for review. If found to be valid after verification, the bet will be processed; otherwise it will be cancelled.

7. Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty. If such behaviour is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or any type of script.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a bet through match fixing, use of insider information, or any other dishonest means.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Allowing another person to use your account or attempting to access another person's account.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

11bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account under any of the following circumstances.

1. If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
2. If identity verification fails or false information is found.
3. If it is established that the age requirement has not been met.
4. If unusual or suspicious financial activity is detected.
5. If the user requests self-exclusion.

In the event of account termination, 11bet will decide on the return of any valid balance (excluding bonuses). If the termination is due to a breach of terms, funds may be forfeited.
